The Central Control and Testing Institute in Agriculture in Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the “Control Institute”) informs authorization holders and parallel trade permit holders of plant protection products and auxiliary products in plant protection products that from this year (2025), reports on the sale of these products can also be submitted electronically via the Central Data Repository of the IS CÚR, which can be launched from the home website of the Control Institute; login to the system is possible after entering a login name and a password.

The obligation to submit reports on sales also on the forms specified in the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic No. 491/2011 on keeping records of plant protection products and reporting data, conditions and procedures for storing and handling plant protection products and cleaning used application equipment and in the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic No. 477/2013 implementing the Act on auxiliary products in plant protection. These reports must be submitted by 31 January 2025.

The Control Institute would like to ask authorisation holders and parallel trade permit holders to inform the Control Institute of any errors or discrepancies they encounter in the IS CUR system. Information about errors can be reported to the e-mail address: pesticidy@uksup.sk
